Is there any way to get rid of a muscle spasm (read description)?

ive had one in my leg for three days and its annoying ive been exercising more lately, could that be the cause? the spot above my knee has been twitching on and off for three days -_-

Do not cross your legs. It happens to me when i cross my legs for to long, and it pinches the nerves. Plus blood travels slower when your legs are crossed. Give it a few days, and don’t cross your legs once again. Good luck, i wouldn’t be worried though.

Try taking a hot relaxing bath or putting a heating pad over the area, this can help relax the muscles :)
