No it doesn’t. Shaving legs does make them stubbly between shaves though.

I never herd of that before so they said its untrue I guess I don’t know. but if you shave your legs too much it will. my cousin.. same age as me her leg hair is black, thick and really prickly like a beard. but she shaves them every morning. but idoubt if being young matters

no, as the above said, thats a myth hair never grows back thicker or darker once its cut off or removed the only thing that changes is the tip of the heair, which can make it APPEAR thicker
