What happens if you stay up all night? Do you feel tired the next day, would you take a nap? Do you drink caffeine, or have a lot of sugar during the day, do you do any kind of exercise, or are you a lazy bum like me? :P I know a few methods, but I don’t know enough to really help yet.

tell the btch to start working normally,, or u can tire ur body out with running, swimming, full body exercises really, and drink lots of water. water detoxifies ur body and allows it to rest instead of spending extra time attempting to purify ur system without enough water. OH, and sometimes if i reaaallly cant fall asleep i take a cap of nyquill, that sht knocks me out quick haha

Answer #16

I’ve been bothered with sleeping disorders since I was a child, and there’s not one single thing I have not tried! What I do now (during summer) is that I walk up to a little (tiny,, no more than 30 yards across) lake, just a 10 minute walk from where I live, and I swim for no more than 5 minutes, walk slowly home, and goes to bed. (Summer in Norway never gets really dark). That really helps me sometimes. BUT, I understand that not everyone have that “luxury” right outside their bedroom window, but maybe just some fresh air would help? AND, it is also possible that your body just don’t need any more sleep, and in those cases, you should not stay in bed just because it’s night. You have to sort of have your bed “off limit” for anything else than sleeping, so your body knows that “when I’m here, I’m supposed to sleep”. (And of course some other things one might do in bed) :P You are young, so I won’t advice you to have sex, but mastrubation also takes stress and tense feelings out of your body

But you know; don’t watch TV in bed, have food in bed, bring your laptop or whatever. These are all advices I’ve been given by doctors, sleep experts and people like that. The picture is from where I find my peace, swimming in the summernight :)
