Red meat turns me into gremlin

am I the only woman that gets headaches from eating red meat. It only happens when I eat it too late. I feel like a gremlin. I only get cranky and get headaches after dark. Is anyone else like that.

I became a vegan (no cheese or meat) for about 4 years now. My headaches/migranes have stopped. I’ve halted my diabetis symptoms. Also lost some weight.

Sure, some people have a problem with “tree huggers” and some vegans/vegetarians behave like religious fundamentalists… they try to convert everyone in sight.

Giving up meat is not as hard as you might thing. Start with rapelling back to poultry and fish, then just fish as the next stage, then just fruits and vegetables.

Some people swear by eating just fruits. I myself tried this for a few weeks, and its great, but I could not just keep up with buying fruit almost every day. http://www.fruitarian.com/

If you don’t want to go vegan, fruitarian, or vegetarian, at least cut back on the amount of meat you eat. Also, it might be that you are allergic to some kinds of meat and you might not be even aware of that.

But hey, you can’t argue with results.
