Would you recommend getting a bellybutton piercing?

I know it’s personal preferance, but what are your opinions?

They are fine, but it would be best to get your parent’s OK first. Let them know that if they really don’t like it after a while that you are willing to take it out, and it will heal up. BUT have it done by a professional piercer - NOT at a mall kiosk. AND follow his / her exact directions on keeping it clean, and IF problems come up, go back to the piercer for help.

Its ultimately up to you, but I’d say don’t get it unless you’re sure you really want it. They can be a lot of work to take care of. But if you decide you do really want it, then I would definitely recommend getting one. I have my belly pierced, and I love mine. No regrets :)

If under age get parents approval 1st but I think the belly button is alright to pierce just follow every instruction by the Professional piercer

Navel piercings take more time to heal than most piercings, plus they get caught in quite a few things like clothes. If you were to get a piercing, I’d suggest a facial piercing or dermal.
