Recent hair disaster

My hair is recovering from being blonde and it is soo damaged and my hair dresser cut some off,and I just want to know what will help stimulate growth, does mane and tail work? Im taking prenatal vitamins, and biotin, but any other tips? Hair really isnt my specialty

After having 13 surgeries is under 3 hears my hair was a disaster! I remembered this stuff that I used when I lived in Florida and was on the beach every day. It is from Image hair care. The conditioner is called Intrakera and the deep conditioner is called Intrapak. Google it and you will find somewhere that sells it. I buy mine off of Ebay actually. If you want to see before and after pics, just let me know. My hair went from really terrible, dry and brittle to full, thick and shiny in under three months. It has grown almost 12 inches in just 9 months.

I use aussie shampoo & conditioner. And I use biotin vitamins. Biotin is a vitamin expecially good for your hair and nails. It depends on your hair, but from taking care of mine it grew about 4 to 5 inches in like 5 months :}

Just give it time. Build it up with regular conditioning treatments like henna wax left on hair for at least an hour wrapped in a towel. Movida do a great semi-permanent colour range which blends the colour without compounding the problem. The Body Shop used to make a leave-in conditioner called Aklim which is also really good (not sure if this is still available).
