Was it a good reason to end it?

things happen when people are drunk - my boyfriend tried to kiss an older woman once, he had had a lot to drink but thankfully the woman just walked off.. i was deeply hurt by this, the fact he tried it on with someone esle, and we split up, but like you i felt so upset, down and lonely. we arranged to meet up and he truely appologised, took me out for dinner and made me feel special, he said he didn’t know what he was doing as he was so out of it… i forgave him, and things have been fine since, this was 2 1/2 years ago and we are now living together, so it can work out.. remember we are all human and make mistakes, though if he had had sex with her, i would have walked away for good.

my advice would be to speak to your girlfriend, i see you said that your friends said she did it.. maybe they were lying? so talk to them too… remember being drunk can make us all do some really stupid thing, which we regret. give her another change if you truely believe her, but if you catch her doing anything again, then she’s not worth it.
