Why do I keep having thoughts to end it?

Oh my gosh i know exactly how your feel, i always told myself though its probably just a little mood swing im in ill get over it but i think it is normal. Just think before you do anything drastic. hope it helps

My boyfriend and I dated almost a year as well. I kept having those same exact thoughts a couple months ago and I went with it and ended it, and for the last 2 months it’s been the only regret i have ever had in my life so far. I would do anything to change that decision and be with him again. At first, he didn’t want to try and work it out and now currently we are trying to work it out. Some guys wont try and work it out again though because it hurts them so badly. If you have more bad thoughts than good thoughts then you should probably end it, but I garuntee you its most likely a phase your going through.

Sounds like you just feel bored sometimes and want more out of life, there is nothing wrong with feeling this way when you are with someone for a long time. Seeing as tho its only sometimes its maybe just a phase, give yourself some time and if you still find yourself confused, tell him you need a break from the relationship and some time alone and then see if you miss him as much as you think.
