do mentale challenged people know they reatarded? I dont mean like otistick people kuz I think they know that they have otisim I mean like people in mental hospitals who are just crayze do they know that they not normal? have any of you people on here ever fealt like you are going insane?

I was in a physciatric ward last year in december. it was the worst thing ever. I felt like I was going to die.

Atutism comes in levels and a high functioning autistic person knows they are autistic (my daughter is a high functioning autistic).

As for anyone who has been committed to an asylum, it also depend on their level and type of insanity.
