Question on anniversary poem

OUr anniversary is coming soon but he will be in London at the time and he loves my poems, and I was wondering if this poem would be a good one to give to him, and I wrote it myself, but please just, give me an answer, I need another opinion!

In each of your eyes I see a star and with each glance it proves to me how perfect we are the love we share
is unable to compare we are destined

WEve came through it all only to fall in love with each other

everytime I look back I notice the lack of self esteem I had But thanks to you I’ve been brought out of the blue and into your loving clear light

that first day we met I knew my destiny had been set to spend my life with You

this is the way I pray, I pray to be with you and only you til its my day No other way to be put 6 feet below

but my love dont go dont go I need you Its true its true my love for you can never be undo because I love you
