you answered your own question shes queen of england… but also a figure head of the uk and its commonwealth.

the government call her a silent patner as in the english government which rules the united kingdom, the monarchy doesnt ;)

Elizabeth II is the Queen of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica, Barbados, the Bahamas, Grenada, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Belize, Antigua and Barbuda, and Saint Kitts and Nevis.

She is also the Supreme Governor of the church of England.
