Does putting ice on a zit for a little while help minimize it?

Acne can be irritating and at some point everyone has to deal with it,i believe that putting anything to hot or cold may irritate it and make it worse and remember never pop it if you do it will take longer to heal

It makes it less red thats about all..but if you put ice on it and its not red anymore its harder to see!!

i think ice works but if you’ve got the time i always do this put the hot water on and wait till it’s really hot, the wet a bit of cotton wool and hold it to the zit, it will hurt a bit. it pulls the zit right up in like seconds so you just pop it and it goes away
