Puppy coming into heat???

I have and they both agreed witht one another! I live in the UK and the vets my puppy is with have told me to do this. if it stops her pee’ing everywhere when she gets excited then im well up for it!

the vets have adviced me to get her spayed after her first season, die to the fact she still pee’s everywhere. something to do with the muscels in that area and being able to hold her self more. I am getting her spayed!!! but only doin what my vets has adviced

Did you know if you get her spayed before her first heat you lower your pets chances of getting certian types of Cancer>??? why are you waiting for her to have her first heat? Get her spayed, You will know, she will bleed and her Vulva wills swell up. This whole cycle last about 3 weeks and comes about every 6 months.

You’ll really know when she starts her period,its not a lot of blood but it looks as though there is but I guess it depends on every individual puppy. If her behaviour is different than before then she is more than lightly becoming a lady!!my puppy became very protective over her food and needed more cuddles ever before she started bleeding. just give her lots more attention and let it all pass over…just don’t forget to keep her away from dogs to avoid accidents.

my puppy is always wanting cuddles at the mo… so any day now then? my male done has been done and she stays on the lead till I know for sure or until I get her done.

what dog do you have? how old was it when it came on?

I would get a second opinion from another vet. I am serious about that.
