Losing weight for Prom Dresses

Okay I’m looking for a dark purple prom dress. I’m plus size (bleh). But yeah I want to look nice because it’s my Junior year and also my first year of going to prom. The last two years I was to self conscious to go. I know, I should of went anyway and just made the best of it and had fun but for me it was more than that. So this year for me prom is May 3rd. And it’s March 6th, so I’m trying to lose 30 lbs by then. Which is possible. So how can I achieve this goal and how much should I workout a day?

hey sorry it took me awhile but I had to find the pamphlet with the directions for the diet, it’s kinda similar to the one above with the soup but trust me if you want to lose the weight do it, just do it. it works, it actually is not that bad.

day 1: All fruits, except BANANAS. Your first day will consist of all the fruit you want. Cantaloupes and watermelons are lower in calories than most fruit. Eat only your soup and fuit the first day. For drinks - unsweetened teas, cranberry juices, and water.

day 2: All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with fresh, raw, or cooked veggies of your choice. Try to eat leafy freen ceffies and stay away from dry veans, peas and corn. Eat all the veggies you want along with your soup. At dinner reward yourself with a big baked potato with no butter. Do not eat fruit.

Day 3: Mix day 1 and day 2. Eat all the soup, fruit, and veggies you want. No baked potato.

Day 4: Bananas and skim milk. Eat as many as 8 bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk on this day, along with your soup. your body will need the potassium, carbohydrates, protein and calcium to lessen your cravings for sweets. (Make banana shakes- freeze banana slices, add the skim milk and blend)

Day 5: Beef and Tomatoes. 10 to 20 ounces of beef and up to 6 fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 5 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once on this day.

Day 6: Beef and veggies. Eat to your hearts content of beef and veggies this day. You can have 2 to 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green veggies. NO BAKED POTATO. Eat your soup at least once on this day.

Day 7: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. Again stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once on this day.

BASIC FAT BURNING SOUP 6 green onions 2 green bell peppers 1 or 2 cans of diced tomatoes 1 bunch of celery 1 package of lipton onion soup 1 or 2 beef bullion cubes

         season to taste with salt, pepper, or parsley

cut vegitables into small to medium peices and cover with water. boil fast for 10 minutes. reduce to a simmer and continue cooking unil the veggies are tender. eat as much as you want at any time of day. this soup will not add calories. the more you eat the more you lose. fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away from home during the day.

At the end of they 7th day, if you have not cheated on this diet, you will have lost 10 to 17 pounds. if you have lost more than 15 pounds than go off of the diet for 2 to 3 days before you start again. go off the diet for at least 24 hours before the intake of alcohol.

DEFINITE NO-NO’S no alcoholic beverages or carbonated beverages (not even diet softdrinks) stick to water, unsweetened teas, and cranberry juice.

no fried foods or bread

you may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (no skin on the chicken)

I lost 10 lbs in a week on this soup diet.

cabbage [1-2 heads] spinach [fresh] a lot crushed canned tomatoes [largest can you can find..16-28 oz] green onion bell pepper white[yellow] onion canned black beans frozen yellow/white petite corn

all you do is cut up the veggies to size you want, put it in a pot of boiling water[ about 2-4 cups depending on how much cabbage you have] let it cook to the tenderness you like. normally 15 mins if the pot has a top on it. once the veggies are cooked, add the tomato & bring to a simmer.

and then season accordingly..add ANY seasonings you want…garlic,salt, pepper, hot sauce is even pretty good, it compliments the tomato, so does ketchup if you want a sweetness without the sugar calories or thousand island salad dressing if you want a tangy flavor.

eat this whenever you get hungry..cut out you carbs completely. IF you arent ready to do that have your carbs at breakfast.. but at no other time. this worked for me and I didnt even work out. and this is a REAL diet, lol I didnt make it up myself. so its legitimate. btw if you really like sweets.. I found that “otter pops” I dunno if you’ve heard of them but they are like Icy popsicles in yummy flavors that are sweet enough to calm the craving but low in calories enough that you can have like 4 a day. =]
also with the soup, for extra protein which is allowed, you can slice up some sausage, or chicken, turkey..etc to have in/or along with the soup. try your best to bake the meat instead or frying it though =] if you do it right it should be really yummy and should work. im not sure what body build you have but im a junior too, so if it worked for me im sure it’ll work for you, especially if you exercise too.


P.S its a proven fact that if you were to eat a double cheeseburger, for example because I love those, lol… it will take 4 whole days for ALL of the calories from that to set in and really help to put on pounds. So just keep in mind the 4 day calorie set in time gap. if you exercise bfore the calories set in you’ll be good to go! =]

lmao!! you sound like my sister. yeah onions is optional. but they really cook down to nothing. because I honestly dont like em either and my mom told me they were in there after the fact haha, I couldnt taste a thing. oh well. theres another protein based thing thats like all you eat is turkey bacon. eggs and oatmeal. =/ that ones not that bad. it kinda got repetitive tho lol and didnt work as fast

Thanks! But I really hate onions! Lol. And spinach and beans and cabbage. Lol, I only like corn and green beans. Yeah I know thats bad haha, but I can’t force myself to like that stuff! I’ve tried and it doesnt work really well… once I tried to eat a piece of brocoli and I gagged… yeah I had to like drink 3 glasses of water after that. Haha. my friend has this diet she lost 13lbs in a week so if you start now you’ll probably be able to lose it. it’s one of those diets though that you can’t cheat and it’s kinda a quick fix I only do it when I have to go to a special occasion I usually gain it back when I start eating regularly. let me get the info and I’ll send it to you. (p.s with this diet you don’t really need to excercise that much just walking is good enough)
