How to lose weight and tone up for prom?

I’ve just got a dress for my prom, which is in 3 and a half months. It’s really fitted and I love it, but at the moment my stomach shows a bit too much. I’m gonna start going to the gym again, and going for 40 min jogs three times a week. Is there any specific exercise I can be doing for my stomach? Also, is there any kind of health foods/drinks that may help? Such as Slimfast? Please let me know if you’ve been on any kind of these diet foods and if they work?!

Also just whlie sitting at class, driving car, watching T.V. Flex Abs, I do all of these.

Prior to going to shower in morning spend 10-15 minutes doing situps inbed. I do that often and I’ve got almost 6pack!

you could try dance,or you could do 120 sit-ups every day.
