Prom dress for tanned skin?

I’ve already asked this but I think more people are on now… I need a perfect prom dress… Im short..I have dark skin (tan)…what would look good people?

I’m short and have tan skin too.. I found that I really like the way I look in blues, dark green, yellow, light pink, and dark purple..

as for length, I got a big princess dress that went to the floor, but I wore heels so I didn’t look super short.. if you want to look taller, either get a bell-shaped dress and wear heels or just wear a short dress that kinda of bells out maybe.. I find I look really good in short dresses, because they make my legs appear to be longer, but I really wanted a princess dress for prom, so I just wore heels and looked taller :)

I don’t think I’d wear a white dress just because that’s the color of baptsim, communion, and wedding dresses and feel like you should wear a fun color to prom instead, but light colors will definitely look best though like a yellow or a pink or a light green, but dark green and dark purple and black look good too.. also, I look pretty good in dark brown, but definitely no light brown or tan, because then, it’ll just flush you out because it’ll match your skin too much, ya know?

I light a light toned dress would look amazing on you, perhapz if you’re brave enough even a white dress. Deffinatly go for a short one though since you’re short you want to emphasise your assets, like you’re legs show them of to be briliantly tanned and a short dress will make them look longer . :) x

Definitely blue.

Remember there is a shade of blue color for every skin type.

However, I would suggest you to wear either white or red. It will look really hot on your tan skin.
