Pregnant with IUD?

ok so I have an iud and I have had it for over a year now. I usally get my period every 28 days with 5 to 7 days of bleeding. last month I was 5 days late with lighter then normal bleeding lasting only 3 days. I have been sick to my stomac(not sure if its the stomac bug going around). this mont so far I am 6 days late, could I be pregnant?

ok here is an update… two days later thought I had started little bit of pinkish brown discharge in the morning and now nothing. I know I need to take a test but wont have the money till friday. any thoughts welcomed.

its possible, as nothing is 100% effective exept no sex but if your still getting your periods but just getting them late then probably not there can be other things effecting your period like diet, weight loss/gain, even stress and sleep! if you completely miss getting your period one month then you might be, although your body can also skip periods you can use condoms as well to be even safer as they prevent stds but if in doubt get a pregnancy test, or if its been a maximin of 3 days after sex, get the moring after pill
