Do you prefer to sleep cool or warm?

I like the room to be cold so I can cover up with loads of soft blankets to keep me warm. :P

i like it cold i guess. if my face is cold i sleep faster. but i sleep better with the noise of the fan on anyways and i just like the weight of 5 comforters bearing down on me. If i dont fall asleep fast enough i get uncomfortable in the warmth.

Cool will always win. When it’s warm weather, we can’t always switch on a fan or aircon. When it’s cool weather, we can snuggle up. Plus, snuggling is always a great way to relax.

It has to be very cold in my bedroom, so that I can snuggle up with my blankets, I sleep best that way. If I’m warm.. I can’t sleep at all. So even in the winter I’ll have my window open a bit! lol

Room temperature between 12°C and 16°C (that is 53°F to 61°F) with thick, warm blankets is ideal for me.

That’s my ideal as well. In the winter I’d set the thermostat at 55F at night and use a thick wool blanket. There is something comforting about cuddling up with a warm blanket or a warm loved one.

What kind of question is that. In winters sleep warm and in summers sleep cool.
