Firstly have a routine, early morning and evenings, take him outside and praise him i.e. make a big fuss over him when he pees on the right spot.

Secondly, never give attention to mishaps and bad behaviour. If he accidentally or on purpose pees in the house, ignore him. By screaming or getting upset he’ll also see it as attention and will most likely repeat it.

Thirdly, ensure that he always has a way to get to where he needs to do his business otherwise he’ll not be able to help it.
