When you poop do you loose weight (calories)?

I dont think you would actually be losing pounds, but the pressure will be lifted out of your bowels and you will feel lighter!

Taking a poo is exercise in a way I guess so you would lose some calories as you would any other exercise. How much you lose is of course dependant on how physically difficult it is for you to take care of business :D I doubt it would be a significant amount though, not enough to keep anyone in shape or else we would all be really healthy :D

Calories are a measurement not something you can lose but you lose almost a pound
