Whats the best soloution and how do you get rid of bloating and gas in the stomache?
Well if it is PMS Midol def. works for me… there is also Pamprin… I take it before I get the bloating because that is so uncomfortable… try it… you can get I think even at gas stations now… But if not … just your local pharmacy !
The other answer is great. I’ve also heard that birth control helps with all that. Im trying to get YAZ,for that same reason. Look into it,its supposed to fight against the bloating and fatigue ;]
