How can I lose weight safely?

How can I lose weight really fast, safely? I am 31, 5’4 and weigh about 160, I don’t look fat but feel fat, I have 6 kids and stress is getting to me. I have always made my apperance an issue, but cant help that.. Please help me..

1st your 31? damn you look younng. 2nd , you look really gorgeouss too. excersize every day and cut out junk food substitute with healthier foods.

I have a boy and gained over 0ver 30 pnds when pregz. I used this stuff called oolong tea after eating (espcially greasy foods) and did 30 min of cardio while my baby slet at night. Worked really fast. The cardios I did were jump rope and running. The good thing was my boobs stayed big. The + of being chunky then losing it.

Well sweetie stress also makes you gain weight and retain water or I should say BY retaining water and sometimes retaining fat. If you do not look fat but feel it you might want to try taking diuretic for awhile and lay off salty foods. Oddly enough to lose water you hve to drink more but the diuretic helps push out the toxins in the fat that make you bloat. It’s also good to take 5-6 days prior to your period to minimize bloating and fatigue from that as well :) Good luck hun
