My dog is acting really different, just laying around
My dog is acting really Different. Shes a lab and loves tom play but latiley Shes been just lieing around. Any advice.please help.
I thought that could she be pregnant has she put it on on her tummy if so go to utube and have a look at pregnant dogs you might get closer to noing then if she is then id say he is due soon

Whenever a big change of behavior happens, then it’s time to go the Vet. You don’t say how old she is, but the older they are, the more often you need to take them in for wellness checks.

Well, unless she’s been bred, then she isn’t pregnant…
At this age she should be lively and wanting to play (longer than you do!)…If she’s not vomiting, nor has any diarreah…then I’d say she’s in pain. Could be her hips (Labs do have displaysia), or possibly her tail (Labs are prone to “Cold Tail” ). If it’s her tail it will hang straight down…and usually clears up in a few days. If it’s her hips, then you might want to get some xrays. There is a regular regime of supplements for dogs with bad hips consisting of Vitamin E. Fish Oil (Omega’s), and a Glucosimine/Condroiton tablet (Dasuquin - has MSM, or Cosequin) made just for dogs…
