I'm so confused, what is your advice for me?

okay. heres the story. almost 5 years ago I met this guy on a game. hes 4 years older than me, and we kept getting closer every year. at first I considered him a friend, then brother, then best friend (I started to like him), and now my boyfriend. I’ve never met him in real life, but talk to him on the phone EVERY night, and text him all throughout the day. I havent talked to any of my friends about this, because im too embarrassed. anyways, we started liking each other this summer, well he finally told me he liked me. the past year we’ve both been jealous of each other when talking about dating and whatnot. he’s now 18 and a half, and I’ll be 15 in march. we can talk literally about ANYTHING, and we do. he’s been there for me for everything, when my parents got divorced he was the first one I told and he helped me through the whole thing. I trust him the most and consider him my best friend BY FAR.

we started long-distance dating a month ago (even though we don’t know each other) and at first it was amazing. we talked about how perfect each other were and talked the whole weekend. we ended up even talking about marriage and how we both think we’d stay together forever, everything was perfect! we were even planning on meeting this summer! (him driving here) but then I went on a two week vacation out of the country, and we talked 3 times throughout the trip. before I left I even started crying when I thought about how I wouldnt even talk to him. when I came back it just didn’t seem the same and I like other people, but he is still in love with me. I dont want to hurt him but now I think I’d really rather date someone here. he said that after we talk for a few days it will go back to normal, but I’m not sure.

I’m so confused does anyone have advice??

wowww My best friend and I are just like this. He lives away too and I’ve never met him but we’re so close, its crazy. okay the best thing to do is maybe see after a few days whether it goes back to you liking him…and if it doesn’t, it’s best to tell him calmly. Because he is your best friend and even though he likes you, he will want whats best for you. My best friend is in love with me too and even though I’ve told him that I would rather be with someone here near me and I will end you hurting him, he doesn’t mind and still stays my best friend. Don’t fall under pressure and don’t hide anything from him. I did the dumbest thing and hid it from him and he was really hurt because he felt that maybe he was being a burden on me. and you DONT want him to feel that.

I hope this helped.

well I dated a girl for 2 months and broke up with her and it was a long distance relationship. I broke up with my girlfriend that lives like right by me after 4 months and started chattin wit the long distance girl again but luckily I found out the long distance chick was sending me fake pics and she was really some rather unattractive big chick. so you never know who you are really talking to by the way he could be some ugly fat 40 year old perv
