You dont have sex just because your horny! Masturbation is a good cure for horniness, NOT sex at 13! You have NO clue of the emotional consequences that come from having sex. Your brain isnt mature enough to deal with that yet!

I have a friend who has the same problem, 13 is pretty young for having sex. I dont belive in being virgin until marrige, but I do belive in stayin virgin until you are REALLY sure you are ready. If you cant wait because you are just horny then you should try other ways, not sex, to overcome it. But if you want to have sex because you found a person you feel really comfortable with, then just ask yourself, in case anything goes wrong, would you be capable of making yourself responsible for the concequences?.. Try not to picture sex as a way to overcome your “horniness”. I think that at age 13 you are not mature enough to do it. I am 15 and I still dont feel ready for it!..
