When should I plant my bean plant in an actual garden?

It’s like 11 centimeters tall and it has two big leaves but how do I know when to plant it? Like if it’s strong enough or not.

Answer #1

A bean plant?

Answer #2

Yeah. It’s like a bean plant. Like it grows beans.

Answer #3

Oh sorry like what do you mean? I mean yuou should plant it like right away…

Answer #4

No cuz it was grown by my friend in a petri dish for a Bio project and then he gave it to me so I put it in a pot but it’s beginning to outgrow it soon. I’m worried since it’s raining a lot that it’ll drown if I leave it in my garden right now or get washed away cuz it’s not strong enough. It’s roots also aren’t very big so yeah.

Answer #5

I live in Minnesota and everyone is already planting their flowers and products ( Beans, corn, tomatoes, etc) and mine are growing good. :) I’d do it on the next dry day you have.

Answer #6

In the spring time I assume.

Answer #7

You should wait two weeks before planting your little plant and make sure to be very gentle with it. If it has already been two weeks it should be fine. (:

Answer #8

hmm, perhaps you just a bigger pot til it gets stronger & grows more leaves…get one that will be 3x the size you have now & repeat the steps I told you to do last time…only this in the center take the whole plant with the soil & the roots in it & plant as is then cover to fit right. add some water and it should continue to grow like it has til now. Once it has grown out of the bigger pot then you will be able to plant it in the garden. Hope this helps.
