What is a good photo editor that is free to download?

Well, personally I use Twistedbrush open studio, which isn’t necessarily a sole photo editing software, but more a digital drawing one, and it works pretty well for me. If you know what you’re doing, then it’s a great program to use, and it’s free to download.

even though sumopaint.com isn’t downloadable it’s a great photoediting program to use, ohbut now that i think about it they do have a free download to get off their website!

I have Adobe Photoshop CS4, which has AMAZING photo and video editing capabilities. It is very complicated, though, and if you’re unfamiliar with Photoshop, it will take a while to get used to.

Another one I have is Picasa 3 by Google. It’s much simpler than Photoshop and is what I use for retouching pics before I put them on Facebook, etc.

I definately recomend both of these.
