Cell phone that is not with my provider
If I buy a cell phone that is not with my provider can they use that phone no matter what kind it is.
no. unless you buy it and it specifically says it’s “unlocked”
and if you use a sim card.. then the unlocked phone has to use the same kind of sim card.. example.. I have Centennial Wireless.. I cannot use a Verizon Wireless phone because it uses a different kind of sim card.. if you’re looking on Ebay.. ask the seller what type of card it uses and if your provider is a match
