Can a person who is paralysed from the waist down still move their feet?

I was just wondering if someone who was paralized from the waist down through their legs if it was possible that they could still have movement & feeling through their feet.It is just an out of curiosity question.Lol.

No they can’t My grandpa was paralysed from the waist down and he couldn’t move his legs or feet.
