Do you drink caffeine like coffee or colas…I would strongly suggest you cut down on these things before your period starts it can ease the uterine pain. Sugary foods before your period can also cause cramping so try to stay away from stuff like this before your period as well.

I hurt exactly like that when i’m on my period too. I went to the doctor and found out that i have cysts in my ovaries(small stones) that come when i ovulate and then go away. He put me on birth control. So, you might want to talk to your doctor about getting an ultrasound of your stomach to see if you have any cysts or anything else.
