Why do people hate ICP so much?

I don’t hate them, I like their lyrics and the stuff they talk about but I don’t like rap but I do think they’re pretty cool. Everyone likes different thigns I guess.

Its just a matter of personal taste. Its probably for many of the same reasons people hate Justin Bieber, Hole, Nicki Minaj, Rascal Flatts and so on. Fans of a particular band are obviously not going to understand the reasons other people don’t like them. It could be that others don’t like the lyrics, the voice, the persona, or the general sound of the music. As for me, they are not my cup of tea for all of the reasons stated above.

Because most people aren’t insane? Also, as it turns out, a relatively large percentage of the general population actually have mild phobias toward clowns. Go figure.

Furthermore, they aren’t exactly of the most popular genre of music, they’re lyrics tend to be on the incredibly morbid side, and they have several gangs accociated with them.

In fact, as far as bands go, they have some of the least socially acceptable properties that I’ve ever seen.

And that, my friend, is why there is so much hate towards ICP. Just be glad it’s not on the same level as Justin Beiber.
