Why do people on here give an attitude when answering someone's question?

Maybe it’s your own perception on things, I mean, only so much actual speech is depicted through words, they can actually be saying things really nicely ya know? Some things can sound pretty mean but they can, in all actuality, be blunt and to the point.

To answer your question, if there was never an attitude, then how can we voice our opinions? Imagine all of us being bland and monotone with each answer we give. It’d be like reading the same sentence in a book over and over. Having attitude to your answers and questions shows your emotions about things.

um being that the question has been asked a few times over the past few days may shed light to the fact that there has been some attitude dealt.. its relative but also easy to see what a dumb question or response might possible be.. with real intelligence comes restraint, being the better person is often the path of least effort as it takes less to love and far more to hate.. this website didnt always used to be this way, my guess is perhaps one day it will not again as well..

True. I remember this site had many sex questions, now it’s just questions about handbags. xP I understand what you are saying by the responses. I think I am guilty of saying stupid responses, as well as others. I just think that if this question has been asked already, then why not just add on to that instead of making a new one?

Lela, I posted a similar question not long ago and had similar smart ars-e comments too. Best to ignore it or take breaks from the site. If you are similar to me, you will find yourself reluctant to come on here. I certainly visit this less frequently then I used too, before it was almost every hour etc before work, during work and after now……now it’s 19 hours intervals :-P. The only fun stuff I look forward too is coming online and seeing Ericson Smith’s cross country photos.

Some questions require an attitude to get your point across and make them realize how stupid they sound, even admins and advisors give one from time to time. For example - questions about a teen wanting to get pregnant, questions about a teen who wants to try dr.ugs, people complaining about the site, when the same question gets asked a million times in a row, when girl asks us if shes pregnant and says she doesnt want to take a test…..sorry but there are tims an attitude is needed to slap these kids back into reality.

Thats because the responses ppl get from us make us who we are. If we did any different then we would be lying to you and to ourselves. Thats why.

Lela somethings are meant to have attitude. Wheres the fun if we didnt. And if no fun is allowed then this site would be called Advice and not FUNadvice.

with some people on here, and with the questions they ask, it requires an answer that mite sound harsh but really, some people on here just need 2 get these things into their head.
