it dousnt matter if they change they did what they did if they screwed up their lifes then to bad for them. its their fault
I think a second chance is always great, but after that if they repeat what they did or commit some other violent crime that they haven’t learned anything and they’re not going to change.
It really depends on what the ex felon did,no offense.
I don’t see any reason why not to give him a new chance.
