like how did it start ? Is there a history to it or something ???

think because it’s a time that comes up a lot people identify with it but 11 is a significant number in numerology and and goes into 1 which is a significant numberin numerology. Look up the practice. Perhaps that will help you. One of my friends identify with 11:11.
