Pea-Like bump behind left ear on my head, what could it be?

It all started when I had a pimple behind me ear. I didn’t know it was there and I scratched it off. It started to bleed like any normal white head/pimple, and a few days later it turned into a liquid-filled, pea sized lump on my head, right behind the ear-lobe. I’ve explained it to a doctor friend of mine, and she said it sounded quite like a puss-filled blister, from the oils in my hair, against the open wound of the cut pimple. I’ve been worrying myself over this even though I was told it wouldn’t be necessary to go to the doctors and have anything major done to it, but still I was wondering if anyone had any similar experiences, or if this sounds like something serious, or something they might know of. any advice, or comments would be greatly appreciated…because the stress is wearing me down! thanks!

Drink more water to clean out your lymph nodes. A gallon a day will keep your acne away.

Answer #3

I know what you’re talking about and there is nothing to worry about. I actually had something like that a few weeks ago on my ear. The best thing to do is just be patient. For me it took about one or two weeks to go away. It’s annoying but just give it some time and it will go away.

I hope this helps you out a bit.
