Why is there a small bump on the little flapping thing near the hole of my ear?

I’ve had this small bump in my ear and behind my ear before, so it’s not a surprise. What is it? What do I do?

Answer #1

You mean your tragus? Have you had it pierced = infection? Otherwise it could be a flea bite or mosquito bite.

Answer #2

No, to the first second and third one.

Answer #3

Do I put ahocol on it or let it go away or hot water pushing on it?

Answer #4

It could also just be a random pimple, I’ve had that before.

Answer #5

Yeah it might be that but what do I do?

Answer #6

I usually leave it alone, it goes away after a while.

Answer #7

If it’s nothing that I suggested, then I wouldn’t know what to do about it. It may, like Janicee said, be a pimple. In which case you could wait for it to get bigger, then lance it (you can’t really pop it if it’s in an awkward place like the tragus) or just leave it alone and it will go down.

Answer #8

Could be a birth mark

Answer #9

i asked my ear nose and throat dr. that same question about a month ago, he said it is usualy a tiny infection in your skin, similar to a pimple. just leave it alone and it will heal
