How exactly does PayPal work?

We don’t really use it in my country, only one bank gives us access to it, but how does it work, is it like a credit card facility and how would you go about drawing money with a paypal account?

Answer #1

Paypal is a special bank that holds money for you based on your e-mail address. This way even people without a bank account can use Paypal.

If you don’t have a bank account, they can send you a Paper Check.

If you do have a bank account, they can deposit the funds into it for you.

They also have a Paypal Mastercard Debit Card available.

Answer #2

I noticed on the site that I have to fill in credit card details. There is no way that I can get a credit card. That is the only option they give me based on my location. Oh well, I’ll go to the bank somewhere in the next to weeks and find out.

Answer #3
