Why isn't my paypal working?

I’m trying to cash in my FA points, and I’ve been having problems for about a month and a half. It’s finally given me an email saying that there is the money in my paypal and it gave me a link to click to get the money. I clicked the link and my account is empty :’( I’m not sure what’s going on! Help?! ahhhhhh and it says I’ve only got 5 days to collect the money :/

you may have to wait for the payment to clear

Deep breath. Your call: I can cancel the previous payment, then re-send it…or you can let us know if you can’t recover it in the next few days, and I can resend then. Either way :)

Re: paypal…I’ve never had that much trouble, but I have read some horror stories if it doesn’t work.

Okay thanks Jeremy, Can you cancel the payment and re-send it? I think there’s a problem with the itty-bitty-micro-data in the airways that makes the internet do stuff. So maybe it didn’t go through? That’s my logic anyways. Haha. Thanks for your time.
