If u had a good paying job, would u quit if you were being bullied at work?

I have had several extremely well paid jobs during my working career,
but few people have ever attempted to “bully” me,

… but those few very quickly realised: that they had bitten off more than they could chew.

I have a sort of “modus operandi” (as everybody should):

“ NEVER hit first, ….. but without exception, ….. always be PREPARED to hit hardest. “

Nobody ever tried it a second time with me.

My advice to you is: If you decide to quit a job, do it because the job doesn’t suit you,

….. not because you allowed an objectionable colleague to force you out.

mmm that would be hard be strong show them that it dosent bug you(: forget them i bet most are just followers…. thats wrong i feel like there weak and they have problems themselves they are insecure and they feel better about themselves when they pick on you… just be strong your better then them and you cant let them effect you

People can be cruel…. And you must be good at what you do so take pride in that. Ignore the idiots and focus on your work. Soon enough they will realize that their stupidity isn’t getting to you and will move on.
