Did your parents ever catch you sneaking out or sneaking back into your house?

How did you handle it?

Answer #1

Course they did. But I was… incoherent so I didn’t handle it very well at all.

Answer #2

Ha ha! Good fun.

Answer #3

I’ve never snuck out of my house. So no, they haven’t.

Answer #4

Yes they have, it wasn’t very pretty. But the best thing to do is be honest to them or tell them only what you think they need to know and hope they understand. I dont like them going off on me but i have to understand that i did sneak out and when i snuck back in i was disobeying them so i had to own up. Just “listen” to their lecture and let a little time pass before doing it again

Answer #5

No. I never needed to sneak out. I was open and honest with my parents so they trusted me to do pretty much whatever I wanted.

Answer #6

I’ve never snuck out of my house, I never needed to.. Haha I knew that if my parents didn’t want me going somewhere, it was for my own good so instead of sneaking out, I would do something fun in my house :)

Answer #7

I’ve never been caught but I do tell my mom when I do it aha like a month later I’ll be like, hey m did you know I went to 7-11 to get Gatorade at 2am a few weeks back ? I don’t think she really cares haha

Answer #8

No, never. Because I’ve never snuck out. My mum trusts me to go where I want and always come home safely. Needless to say, I never go anywhere unsafe anyway.

Answer #9

I dont sneak out. But one of my friends, jessica.. She had a door in her room that leads to the outside, her room is the garage. Well they had someone break in the house through that door. So they put cameras ouy next to that door, and she forgot about it and sneaked out outside during night time going to her friends house and her parents watched the tape and I assumed she took it bad cause she was grounded from everything for 3 months.

Answer #10

Always! I suck at being sneaky, but i eventually reverse their anger toward society and make them think that i am inosent with my mind tricks. I win every time, well almost every time they sometimes cetch on but nothing more than a week of light grounding.

Answer #11

No im to good

Answer #12

Nope not me, I was a go by the rules type of kid, I was afraid of what would happen if I didnt

Answer #13

Nope, I tell my mom where i’m going, I don’t need to sneak out. But one time at my friends house, we were booby trapping her house for when her parents woke up. We blew up a balloon to put under her dad’s tire, so when it popped it would sound like the tire blew. We climbed out the window and when we set it down, it popped reeeaaallly loud and we tried to get back in through the window and hurt ourselves. We didn’t get caught, but karma striked us:P

Answer #14

No, I just tell my mom where i’m going.

Answer #15

i was a kid and they said not to get dirty but i got shot by a hose and then was involved in a wresting match. i was covered in mud and tried coming quiet but my shoes made too much noise

Answer #16

Nope, I’ve never been caught. It’s funny because I hear all these stories from my friends about how they have to climb out their bedroom window or do some sort of ridiculous act in order to leave unseen, but I literally just tiptoe downstairs and walk out the front door. It’s too easy. My dad has always worked the night shift, and despite my mom being a light sleeper, she has never noticed.

Answer #17

I used to have to crawl through my window haha it’s a pain but since I moved rooms I have a door to the backyard. Easy !

Answer #18

Haha really?! I couldn’t climb out my window even if I wanted to because it’s pretty high up and there’s nothing for me to really climb down from. It does sound like a pain, though! & that’s awesome that you have a door to your backyard now, I’m jealous haha.

Answer #19

LMAO me ! hahah I was back from a party around like 3 am and my friend who gave me the ride back to my home was driving drunk and I was almost drunk then I tried to sneak but I fell in the ground and started laughing so hard .. haha my dad caught me then xD

Answer #20

Lol!!

Answer #21

I would walk right out the front door too! & we are the same because my dad has always worked a night shift as well.
