If I catch my parents what do I do?

this makes no sense to me?

do you mean your parents having sex? if so, they are probably as embarssed as you (believe me! no mum wants their kids to see them!)

I caught my parents at it once, they wern’t aware of it (since they were busy - uh-hum!) but I knew, I never said anything and just tried to block it out.

do they know you saw them? if not, then just try and push it from your mind. they are after all a couple who, assumingly, love each other and have a right to express that as much as you or I, or anyone else for that matter (whose over legal age and consenting of course!) if they know you know, then just say sorry for walking in the other day. this demonstrates that you are aware of their needs and you respect them. if they know you know, and nothing gets said, it’ll just linger in the air…
