How do I make my pale skin look healthy and generally better?

Answer #1

Drink plenty of water, avoid sodas and energy drinks and salty foods because they dry out your skin, eat a healthy diet, excersize, clean and moisturize your skin too.

I had skin trouble and changing my eating/drinking habits weren’t an option for me. What you need to do is find a skin care routine that works for your skin type! (Find products that work for you.) What you need is a good face wash, I prefer exfoilating bead type gel because it opens up your pores and really makes your skin feel clean. I also would reccommend finding some toner pads. They even out your skin tone and they got rid of almost all of my red areas, now my face is an even skin tone. ^Washing and using toner pads, get’s rid of all the nasty oils in your skin so then all that’s left is finding a good moisterizer. Also, when picking out foundation make sure it has SPF and a moisterizer in it.

What I do for my skin is every time I get out of the bath, I dry off and apply cocoa butter everywhere. It evens your skin tone, keeps your skin soft, and if you have any scars…the cocoa butter will diminish the scar over time. :) Also make sure you are keeping up with hygiene, that is very important.

  1. drink ALOT of water. 2. carrots can give skin a glow that tans can not do. 3. moisturize.(the brand aveeno is amazing i recomand it) 4. maybe an organic very very light blush (organic/made for sensitive skin so it does not cause damange or pimples). 5. buy toner to even out redness (fair skin tends to be more sensitive so get one made for that so you don’t deal with damage later)
