What are some healthy foods that will help out make my skin tone glow? Like make my skin look better. I look so pale sometimes

doctors say that oranges,lemons,limes,tomatoes,cantolopes are some fruits that make your skin glow

Make sure you eat foods that contain zinc (fish) which is good for hair and nails and skin, or take a zinc supplement.
