Well for my lunch at school I usually have

  1. A sandwich, like pbj, turkey and cheese, or lettuce, cheese and tomatos
  2. Salad (garden or greek) or some carrot sticks, cucumber slices, or peppers
  3. Fruit like banana, orange, strawberries, blueberries, etc.
  4. Snacks like trial mix (you can make your own with some nuts, granola, and raisins), fruit dipped in chocolate or peanut butter, crackers and cheese, yogurt Hope I helped!

for lunch at school I usually have brown bread with ham or cheese. then have a low fat yoghurt like muller rice. then snack a jacks :)
