Why can't I run right?

okay, so im trying to exersize so I will be able to play sports this summer.. but when I try to run.. I go really slow.. and ti feels like my knee’s are locking up on me.. whats going on? and then my ankles start hurting..

Yeah, are you doing stretches before exercising? If you aren’t, it would be good to do so. If that’s not it, maybe you are taking it too much at a time? Like not_your_puppet said, you might not be used to running and you are going to far for too long. If neither of these are the reason, then maybe you should see a doctor or something? well you should stretch your leg muscels. That probably why, but also it might be because you ain’t used to running.
