How to calculate ovulation?
Do I wait after or while my period to calculate the 14 days before ovulation?
If you have a regular 28 day cycle, then on the first day of your period, you will count the 14 days to ovulation…good luck!!!
Just to add to the previous poster… you’re adding 14 days to the first date of your last BUT, it’s actually 14 days before your next period, which in this case is the same.
So if your period is every 35 days, you don’t add 14. you have to add 21.
