How to lose weight fast and tone legs?

I am 20 years old, about 5’4 and weigh 160 pounds, shape of a pear. I feel very uncomfortable because I am overweight for my height . advice on how to loose weight fast and tone legs.

Come on why lose weight? If someone wants to be a friend with you, then he/she should like you for who you are and not for how do you look. So what if you be the most hottest girl in the word? you think everyone will love you and go crazy for you only for your look? People should look at your mind and the way you think. Thats the real gold. Thats the way how I look at people. Not their look, but how they act to others. Be confident. Look doesnt matter. I consider myself for pretty and nice shape of my body but I never bother with that cause I dont care about it… I care about… (read up) :) :) Good luck

I don’t think that you should feel bad at all. You body sounds very much like mine and I’m only 17 years old. But if you are unhappy with your body, start off with baby steps. Begin taking long walks and then move up slowly to jogging. Eat healthier, restrain from eating snacks before bed and you should see results.

I wouldnt bring you self down for being out of shape now and then we all tend to get out of…

start small … eat a tiny bit healthy er and hang out with people who eat healthy . but if they critsize you for eating un healthy well then you set yourself up not me . and remember you can make yourself feel good , look in the mirror and smile even if it hurts and remember people like to see you smile and if they dont they might not be your true friends anyways chat me up I will try to be there im a very very busy person though ; ^ )
