Is it true that if you are about to restart your periob you will start to get pimples around and on your nose??

Mot ever girl. But I always no when I’m getting my period because I get waaayy more b*tchier then usual, I crave a lot of junk food, and I start breaking our =|

I am 46 and occasionally when my period gets near I might have a few pimples. It kinda sucks because I thought I would eventually outgrow this. I have noticed if I cut back on fat and drink more water that seems to help.

Some girls do get spots when they are about to start their period, some don’t. I get them on my cheeks :(
