On Muscular Injuries: im hurt.
I have a problem using my pecs, specifically the left one. I believe I have strained it, it feels wierd, it hurts when I do too much effort like benching or other types of exercise. the pain is under mr arm pit, like right under my shoulder. does anyone have any advice or examples? it would be greatly appreciated.
alright, I work out too, and it happens to medont stop working out completly, just work it very lightly, and try and massage it, sounds cheesy, but it works for me… and try and take some extra protien, it helps to build, and repair muscle tissues

it didnt really swell, I dont know what happened. I am stronger than what I can do but that is preventing me from doing what I want to do. it sucks
if it has stopped swelling, put a hot water bottle on it for a while, take a day or so off and then gradually start to increase activity.
ok ill give that a try
stop training for a week give your strains or anything you messed up a chance to heal
