Answer #2

Obama. jsut b/c we as the people want change in society and faith is what is making our decisions. most of us have faith in him hopefully he dosnt et us down. (whick most likely he will just like all of the rest) so sad he country we live in purely based on$$ MONEY$$.

Answer #3

Good question.

Oprah has the PR experience, knows how to talk with people diplomatically, and can shine the spotlight on many worthwhile causes. She also tried to convince people to fight global warming after buying every member of her studio audience a new car.

Madden has the competitiveness, ability to develop strategy, and inspire and motivate people. He’s also old, senile, and makes completely irrelevant comments during football broadcasts.

It’s a toss-up. I probably won’t decide until the deadline.

lol jimahl…well, each day I visit this site, there are 3 or 4 new questions asking about Obama and McCain. Historic election, yes. But a person can only read so many of these questions before he loses the will to take them seriously.

Oscar may be a grouch, but his pessimism gives him a more grounded, realistic outlook on life. And let’s face it, during talks with North Korea and Iran, Oscar’s the guy we want sticking up for our interests. Not very diplomatic, but knows how to play hard ball.

Miss Piggy seems interested in fame and popularity, above all else. She may be a natural born politician, but given her gold digging ways, I think she will continue tax cuts for the rich.

Oscar gets my vote.

Answer #6

I am definately voting for McCain because my family owns a small business and Obama wants to tax us and “spread the wealth around”. I think it’s unfair for him to take away my mom and dad’s hard earned money and give it to people who haven’t done anything to deserve it. Most of the people who would receive our money would be people who are too lazy to make a living. I also don’t believe Obama should be elected because I agree with McCain about saving the economy first before EXPANDING the government. Plus, McCain has shown leadership and loyalty to our country already and will face America’s war, unlike Obama who wants to withdrawl and pretend like our enemies have just turned and become our friends all of a sudden. Obama is just totally unrealistic.

Answer #7

you know jamminlexie, after your posting I don’t have anything to say, other than,

jimahl, I think there were a number of reasons, many did, but I can’t find any place that says Obama voted FOR the Illinois Born Alive Bill, all references state he voted AGAINST that one and others.

Answer #8

Go McCain !! - this really sealed it for me, ‘true colors’: Researched Fact: On March 13, 2003, Illinois state legislator Barack Obama voted against the Illinois Born Alive Act which provides that infants who survive an abortion and are born alive should receive necessary medical care and treatment. Barack Obama voted to let babies die who were born alive! Barack Obama took a more extreme pro-abortion stand than even pro-abortion champions NARAL, who stayed neutral on the counterpart federal legislation which barred abortions on babies born alive - maybe he has the character you admire, I don’t !

Answer #9

niocil, you make statements without any basis.

Buissness owners are frauds and earn no where near as much as they make, they have employees do all the work
Business owners are frauds. God what an uninformed and idiotic statement about America’s economy. Go vote for Obama. Follow him blindly down the path. I don’t care for any candidate, but as Aristotle said, we must choose between the lesser of two evils, and Obama doesn’t hold a candle to McCain in this election.

seao2florida, you are so fixated over such unimporant things, yet you agree with and defend complete morons? What does that say about you?

Yes, I am so “fixated over such umimportant things” Such as Obama’s 1 trillion dollar new spending with no real plan to fund it. He claims he will get the money from the top 5%. These are overwhelmingly the small busines owners who provide jobs for many Americans. And he’s going to do it when the economy is in the dumps?

How about that jamminlexie, a small buissness owner I know of doesn’t even offer insurance plan, and is exceedingly rich. I can only say go look at the two health plans of the two candidates. One will lower medical costs which will lower your health plan costs. The other will require more taxes, and certainly not just by taxing the top 5%. I certainly am not in the top 5%, but I do know Obama’s plan will not work and he will be taxing those of us in the top 50% to pay for his plans.

And maybe you are in the category that doesn’t pay any taxes now. If that’s so, you’ll get all of $500 from Obama’s plan, meanwhile you may well loose the job you have. Good trade off.
